For a return to be eligible, the item must remain unused and in its original condition, accompanied by the original packaging.

Sale Items:
Refunds apply only to regular-priced items; sale items are exempt from refunds.
Exchanges:
We exclusively replace items if they are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange for the same item, please email us at [email protected] and ship your item to address mentioned in return email.
Gifts:
If the item was designated as a gift upon purchase and directly shipped to you, you’ll receive a gift credit upon return receipt. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the order was dispatched to the purchaser, a refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns:
